In this form her scars don't show and her eyes are gold in color. Her fur is snow white and full, making her appear larger than she is. Viveke's main use of this form extends little past survival. With no real possessions, Viveke hunts forest animals and lives in the wilderness.

History:
Like the beginning of most tales, Viveke's childhood had a very obvious air of normalcy. The youngest of three, Viveke was well-loved. Her medium-sized family lived well out into the wilderness of Sanchu on a large plot of land that their ancestors had passed to them. Living so far away meant that there was little chance for socializing with strangers, but no one really seemed to mind. Sharing the same shift as her mother, Viveke and Zeni spend much time together. Her mother taught her of the foliage of the forest, what different birds looked like, and most importantly how to use her instincts. Their walks together were easily Viveke's favorite past time and would carry on well into the evening at times. As a pup there were many times that she would return home hanging from her mothers jaw by her scruff.
As she grew, Viveke spent more time in the woods alone. The young preteen found comfort in watching the forest wildlife and chasing rabbits through the underbrush for fun. One evening as she loped back towards home with the unnerving feeling that something was off, a black tarp fell on her and she was wrestled to the ground. Still growing into her body, her wolf form was lanky and little more than a yelping, writhing form being bound in rope. A blow to the head knocked her unconscious and she awoke in a cage in what she guessed was hours later. To this day she wonders what magic they used to disguise themselves in the forest. As she peered at the animal fur on the walls she knew there had been a mistake. There was no one in the room with her when she shifted to her human appearance, convinced they couldn't have known she wasn't just an animal for skinning.
However, as she would find out, the kidnapping had been no innocent mistake. For years Viveke wouldn't know freedom again. The rest of her youth was spent pleasing the various men of the gang that held her prisoner - whether by sex or by being their personal punching bag. Much of her blood was spilled on the concrete floor of the basement she slept in, only to be wiped up by her own hands. Viveke lived at their whim for five years before they let their guard down and she was there to take advantage of it. During that time Viveke gave birth twice and was unable to keep either of her children.
Still harboring some of her pride, Viveke had never truly broken down to the men that decided the course of her life. In the time she spent with them, during moment of vulnerability the shifter was locked away in a cage with typically only a blanket. One night, as they laid up drugged on opiates, Viveke's prison was not fully secured. That night the young woman killed seven people and ran away into the night, bloodied and dripping triumph. With the natural endurance of her kind, Viveke traveled many weeks before she found the wreckage of her home. Too much despair had befallen her already to be surprised. Her childhood home at been burned to the ground - only the charred skeleton remained. It was in that moment that Viveke decided to live a secluded life. The wilderness is the only home she knows and after living in a cell for five years it's questionable as to if living indoors is a possibility at all.

Personality:
Loner: Viveke spends very little time in the presence of others, and when she does she is of little voice. Since many people fear silence, those who try to approach her tend to leave her be shortly after. Upon being approached, Viveke does act politely enough but there is an obvious barrier that keeps her from socializing in any sort of intimate way. After being kidnapped in such the way she was, Viveke truly trusts no one. For this reason Viveke will never request help if she can manage without it - other people are simply too unreliable. In situations when she simply cannot do it alone, Viveke will only stick around as long as absolutely necessary. She never forgets a debt. Unlike many others, Viveke's word is set in stone. Reliability in her life has been low and thus very important to her; she would never start letting the trait inhabit her own personality. However, because she understands the gravity of her promises she does not make them often. If she were to be truly honest to herself, Viveke does not really loathe company. In actuality there are moments when she misses people tremendously. There are many nights where she mourns something as simple as socializing by howling in the tear-jerking way wolves do. She does not hate people - she fears them. Viveke cannot help but assume all kind words are lies and that there is always an afternoon motive. Still, when she finds the loneliness too much to bear, Viveke can be found wandering close to civilization to watch others from afar.
Secretive: Viveke is rarely forthright with specific information unless it is obvious. Instead, her telling of facts is vague at best. More commonly the young woman will simply shrug or in some other way refuse the question. Many times acting in such a way is simply the result of not wanting to be responsible for incorrect information, but others it is because there is leverage in knowing more than others. Since she trusts people very little, Viveke is always looking for ways that she may be able to be at an advantage should any situation arise. The girl is even more guarded about her own past. In the warmest weather, should she be near enough to civilization to be seen, Viveke wears a hoodie to completely cover her scars. Should she decide to disclose any information at all it usually only tells of her life before the kidnapping. There are a select few who know other bits and pieces, but never the whole story. A large part of this is due to not wanting to show weakness - once others know what makes you tick it is all too easy to abuse it.
Fickle: Normally this young woman is very laid back. She doesn't care about what decisions are made so long as they don't interfere with her ability to live independently. However, not giving Viveke her options is a mistake. When decisions are made that effect her without her consideration she is liable to get irritable. Viveke herself does not know why this is, but it is truly a control issue. To feel secure, Viveke must feel in complete power of herself. Only once her individuality is recognized does she feel alright about giving up the right to make a decision - it's a choice she makes. Regardless, on the chance she decides on something herself, Viveke will stay adamant on seeing it through. Because the woman does not enjoy taking on responsibility if she does not know she can carry it through, Viveke will not call a shot if she is not fully confident in her decision. For this reason, Viveke will not allow any other decision to override hers because they simply must be wrong. In her eyes there is no other option. For all her other personality traits, Viveke is very confident in the decisions that she makes. As a logical being, all options are always taken into consideration before she makes a move. The speed at which her mind works is nothing short of incredible. During her times as a gang slave it was a necessary trait to develop and has come in handy multiple times since. Many find it almost impossible to think on their feet so efficiently but to Viveke it has become almost an instinct.
Brave: Even though being approached by strangers frightens her, Viveke has never tucked tail unless she truly feels there is no other option. She hates to show fear and fights as though she has none at all. After so much physical pain in her life, Viveke is not afraid of serious injuries to her body of any type. She endures all things silently and with little complaint. Though, she does not like to be bothered when she is injured or sick. It is in these moments that she is most aggressive. During these times, Viveke assumes her wolf form and finds sanctuary in a bolt hole until she is healed. However, contrary to the obvious things this trait may speak of, Viveke does not go into action without thought on the matter. There are always pros and cons to be weighed, and as mentioned prior the woman does have the capacity to make them quickly - just because she may be taken as a coward doesn't mean she won't flee. Although her life has little meaning because she does not socialize with others, Viveke has worked to keep her life and will not give it away without a fight. Having almost lost her numerous times, there is a great appreciation for life and the cycle it has. When she kills a creature she does so only so that she may survive, always quickly, and never kills something bigger than what she needs - she never lets anything go to waste. Although she guards her life sometimes viciously, Viveke is not afraid of death. When the time comes she will react graciously in defeat.
